St Mary's Inclusion Team

Our SEN Information Report shows the process the school follows when a child may need additional support.

 

St Mary's Inclusion Team consists of Mrs Tabassi-Gill & Mrs Squizzoni (SENCO), Mrs Thorpe (Inclusion Assistant) and Mrs Pallant (Speech and Language Specialist Teaching Assistant). The team works closely with all class teachers and support assistants to identify, assess and work with children who need additional support in any area of their school life. 

 

  These difficulties could involve:

• dyslexia - see East Sussex County Council's advice for parents

• fine and gross motor skills, using the Jump Ahead intervention programme

• speech and language development.
