Topic - Iron Age
We step back in time, this time to the Iron Age. The children will look at pictures of artefact to deduce information about the past. They will start their learning by explore hillforts and why and where they would have been built.
See below for vocab links.
Literacy - biographies
We will start the term by writing some letters to a real audiences. Then we will explore the Poem 'Where I'm from' by George Ella Lyon. We will make deductions about new vocabulary based on the context and then write our own poems based on personal memories.
